Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care to residents, coordinating care plans, and leading C.N.A. in the delivery of direct resident care. This role focuses on documenting medical needs, monitoring residents, and ensuring appropriate treatment in accordance with established facility protocol and regulatory guidelines. The Nurse also performs duties like medication administration, chart review, and resident education.

Requirements

• Physical requirements: Ability to lift, carry, reach and work in varying physical conditions.
• Requires RN license and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Knowledge of C.D.C. guidelines related to exposure risk.
