Job Description
The Drafter is responsible for completing drafting projects, including developing floor plans and construction details for modular homes using CAD software, interpreting design concepts and customer requirements, and ensuring compliance with building codes and company standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Knowledge of residential construction, building codes, and preferred modular building methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Motivated self-starter
