Job Description
We have an opportunity for someone with a construction background that wants the benefits of full time work and benefits. Responsible for lot maintenance, carpentry, troubleshooting minor issues, and site inspections for new manufactured homes.
Requirements
- 1 year of maintenance experience (Preferred)
- Carpentry experience (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
- Great customer service skills
- Clean driving record and background
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
