Job Description
The Quality Control Manager oversees the setting of quality expectations and job performance requirements for the construction of homes in accordance with HUD regulations and engineering team designs, ensuring that homes are complete in the proper station or following proper procedures, and assures home is clean, damage free, and in full HUD compliance before a label is installed.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant quality control experience in the manufactured home industry
- High school diploma and substantial experience in a fabrication/manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated building code knowledge and ability to understand construction manuals, standards, regulations, and specifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and take direction
