Job Description
Catalyst Construction Group is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team of skilled professionals. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, and identifying necessary adjustments to project scope and approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant experience
- At least 5 years' progressive construction experience, managing ground up construction projects with a value of $10MM+
- Demonstrated experience and leadership in estimating, scheduling, budget/cost control, field supervision, financial reporting, and client relationships
- Successful track record of project delivery and project management in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills with varying levels of stakeholders
- Strong experience in basic computer applications and software such as MS Office, Procore, and Profiler
- Must be able to safely navigate conditions at a construction site
