Middle Office Control Associate

The Middle Office Control Associate will support the end-to-end trade lifecycle, ensuring robust controls and process integrity. The role involves a broad range of Middle and Back Office responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on control, accuracy, and process integrity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a control function within an investment bank, fund, or fund administrator.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in performing trade, position, and cash reconciliations within a financial services or hedge fund environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player and liaise confidently with internal stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, a curious and analytical mindset, and a highly organized approach to work.
• Operates with the highest degree of ethics and integrity.
