Job Description
Caxton Associates is seeking a Senior C#.NET developer to join the Tradeflow development team. The team is responsible for building scalable and performant order entry services and applications for front office users. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in software development using C# and.NET, and expertise in SQL development, FIX protocol, and messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ/Kafka.
Requirements
- Play a key role in the architecture and design of mission-critical trading systems
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization
- Build, optimize, and maintain multi-threaded services and real-time order entry applications
- Ensure code quality through TDD, automated testing, and CI/CD practices
