Principal Cloud Architect

Caylent is seeking an exceptional Principal Architect to join our Cloud Architecture & Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud architecture and a passion for working with customers, partners, and colleagues to drive innovation forward. The Principal Architect will work alongside Caylent's Engineers, Architects, Sales, and Project Managers to deliver AWS solutions across our diverse and forward-thinking customer base.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Architect in enterprise environments, preferably in a consulting capacity
• Ability to clearly communicate technical objectives and solutions while cultivating professional client relationships
• Demonstrated critical and strategic thinking across business, product, and technical challenges
• Strong expertise in serverless development using API Gateway, Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, and CloudFront
• Hands-on experience managing AWS environments and implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
• Advanced experience with DevOps automation, including containerization, API management, and multi-cloud solutions
