Program Manager

Caylent is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale multi-stream programs for Enterprise Clients for the Cloud Project Management team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a senior consulting professional who has managed at the program and portfolio level, partnering with executive stakeholders to drive delivery excellence, governance rigor, and long-term account growth.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in the IT/cloud consulting industry
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs with budgets typically exceeding $5-10M+
• Extensive experience and knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies and tools
• Ability to operate credibly at both the executive and delivery team levels
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage forecasting, budgeting, and revenue realization
