Job Description
The company is seeking a Tech Lead to join their remote-first culture. As the primary architect and technical guide, the candidate will own the technical roadmap, define and develop complex software solutions, and drive high-level integration strategy decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience developing, maintaining, and innovating large-scale, high-availability web applications and services
- At least 2 years serving in a hands-on technical lead or principal engineering capacity
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics (or equivalent deep technical work experience)
- Expert experience with AWS, including cloud architecture, serverless programming, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Extensive experience with the Java technology stack, including full-stack development using Java, JSP, Spring Boot, React Framework
- Experience with relational databases (PostGreSQL preferred) and NoSQL databases
- Demonstrated ability to provide deep technical guidance and mentorship, lead design sessions, and conduct high-quality code reviews
