Your work environment
We are looking for committed support in our Automotive business area to expand our consulting services for innovative, digital solutions. Our customers are German car manufacturers, suppliers, car sharing providers, automotive banks, mobility startups, and authorities. We implement important projects on strategy, processes, IT, and change together with the contracting parties. With our holistic consulting approach, we develop sustainable strategies and accompany our customers from conception to implementation.
Your tasks
- Consulting our customers from the automotive industry to IT systems and products in all of Germany and from the home office
- Orchestrate software projects from concept to software development to operation
- Bridge between business and IT
- Coordination of the harmonization of requirements for software and system interfaces
- Establishment and optimization of all processes around new software solutions
- Creation of project plans and monitoring of the status
- Responsibility for project reporting to management and all stakeholders
- Promoting team building and moderation of meetings and workshops
- Agile working according to Scrum, SAFe or OKRs
Your profile
- Technical study with excellent results
- Large interest in IT solutions of the future
- High IT competence
- Analytical strength, creativity, and pragmatism
- Communication skills and team spirit
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Willingness to travel (project-dependent)
