Quality Assurance and Compliance Director

CBEM brings lasting, positive changes to the individuals with developmental disabilities we serve. We are seeking a Strategic Quality Assurance & Compliance Director to lead our Quality Assurance team and serve as a vital member of our Senior Management Team (SMT).

Requirements

• Strategic Leadership: Design and lead the organizational Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and annual strategic QA priorities to foster a culture of high reliability.
• Audit & Data Integrity: Oversee company-wide audit systems and EHR management, ensuring complete data integrity, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
• Clinical Oversight: Manage utilization reviews, incident reporting, and safety protocols, ensuring high standards of care for the IDD and Mental Health populations.
• Investigative Rigor: Lead high-level Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for serious incidents and manage the implementation of sustainable Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
• HIPAA Privacy & Security: Serve as the organizational lead for HIPAA compliance, partnering with IT to safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI) across all platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Program Directors and HR to translate complex regulations into practical, implementable workflows for our field staff.
