We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to build and optimize emails and email campaigns that guide customers from their first interaction through purchasing a home. This is a hands-on role responsible for executing high-performing emails and campaigns, segmentation strategies, and automated nurture programs using Salesforce and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation
- Hands-on experience building campaigns in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Proven ability to build and manage segmented lists and audience rules
- Experience implementing dynamic content and personalization
- Strong email copy writing skills with messaging tailored to buyer journey stages
- Experience building and editing email templates within marketing automation platforms
- Experience creating automated drip campaigns and nurture programs
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and lifecycle marketing
- Experience with behavioral segmentation and audience targeting
- Deep understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Experience conducting A/B testing and interpreting results
- Strong attention to detail and campaign QA discipline
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and technical teams
