A leading company providing Freight forwarding and Logistics solutions are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team and drive growth in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Minimum 36 months experience with freight forwarding and logistics activities
- Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute synergistically
- Ambition to surpass sales targets
- Sales experience with success in the cold-calling environment
- Outstanding organizational skills, excellent time management skills, ability to multitask
- Ability to effectively train others, preferably with experience in doing so
- Ability to make quick, smart business decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Previous management/supervisory experience preferred
