Job Description
We are a fast-growing cosmetics startup seeking a Partnership & Procurement Manager to expand our product offerings by sourcing new cosmetics and accessories vendors. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the cosmetics industry, and the ability to build long-term relationships with vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or partnership management within the beauty or cosmetics industry
- Proven track record of negotiating contracts and securing favorable terms with vendors
- Deep understanding of the cosmetics industry, including sourcing materials, emerging product trends, and supplier networks
- Strong experience in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
