Requirements

Develop and implement a comprehensive PR & communication strategy
Manage and strengthen relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders
Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and other communication materials
Lead crisis communication efforts and ensure consistency in messaging during high-pressure situations
Manage external PR agencies and communications vendors
Develop long-term PR strategies to support business growth and brand positioning
Craft and communicate the companys brand story through various channels
Identify and engage with influencers and beauty advocates to amplify brand awareness
Oversee the creation of high-quality content
Plan and execute PR events, including product launches, beauty influencer events, and press tours
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage
Collaborate with internal teams to align on messaging and provide communication support
Lead communication efforts related to the companys Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities
Manage the PR and communication budget
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of PR and communication campaigns
