Job Description
As a Product Development Coordinator for Makeup Products, you will drive the development of new lip, mascara, liner, and eyeshadow products, as well as reformulations, while representing the Studio and coordinating projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Follow up on the development of new products and color animations
- Coordinate actions related to your area of responsibility from the pre-development phase to the product launch
- Represent the Studio and coordinate your projects with internal stakeholders: Dev project group, Marketing, Artistic Direction (Image and Film); and external stakeholders: STT
- Coordinate your projects within the team and prepare necessary elements for different Studio presentations
- Be a source of expertise on product (texture and delivery system) and have a good understanding of the cosmetics market
- Update project progress tracking documents and campaign nomenclatures
