The Top Client Experience Manager will support the Top Client team in accomplishing critical missions to ensure excellence of insight and intelligence on valued clients, and set up strategy priorities to serve the long-term vision of the company. Key responsibilities will include building up top client strategy, supporting construction of ultimate top client journey, and facilitating boutique intelligence collection.

- University degree or above
- Overseas study/living experience in France
- Excellent level of data processing and solution
- Strong analysis capability
- Fashion or Luxury working experience
- Solid Clienteling and CRM / high-end business insight experience
- Strong HNWI understanding
- Luxury CRM or high-end business analysis background
