Lead Guidewire Software Engineer

CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Lead Guidewire Software Engineer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions for P&C insurance clients.

Requirements

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of accelerators, ensuring they align with established product and platform standards.
• Lead technical and functional discussions regarding Guidewire integration architecture.
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to define joint integration strategies, manage project dependencies and risks, and establish clear success criteria.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement, implement scalable and sustainable solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage and coordinate cross-project, cross-team, and cross-system dependencies and integrations for seamless execution.
• Adapt effectively to a dynamic, fast-paced environment by managing shifting priorities and evolving business needs with composure and focus.
