Job Description
Join the Movement and make an impact at Central City Concern. We're looking for a SUDs Counselor to work on a dedicated multidisciplinary team supporting individuals on their recovery journey with trauma-informed, person-centered care.
Requirements
- Provide individual and group substance use counseling
- Support clients through care coordination and case management
- Help clients connect to stable housing, health care, education, and employment
- Collaborate with professionals across disciplines in a whole-person care model
- Deliver culturally responsive, compassionate, and high-quality care
