Job Description
We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to work at our 3.7 Level of Care stabilization program serving individuals with SUD and co-occurring mental health needs. The PMHNP will provide evaluations, medication management, and brief therapy, and will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, client-centered, and trauma-informed integrated services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing and Master's degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing
- Current license to practice nursing in Oregon and certified as a PMHNP
- Full prescriptive powers in Oregon with a DEA number
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
