Requirements
- Experience working with the Latino culture
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- CADC-1, CADC-2, or CADC-3 certification
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to communicate effectively and perform drug and alcohol assessments
- Ability to adhere to Central City Concern's drug-free workplace policy
