(Junior) M&A Manager (f/m/x)

CCE is an international energy transition company seeking a Junior M&A Manager to support the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and M&A Managers in managing M&A projects and transactions, identifying acquisition opportunities, and preparing proposals for the CCE Investment Committee.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration from a top-tier university
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in M&A, ideally in the energy or renewable energy sector
• Deep understanding of renewable energy business models
• Outstanding analytical and technical financial skills
• Proven project management track record and excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent English language capabilities
