The Client Advisory Services (CAS) Payroll Manager is responsible for tackling complex accounting and payroll-related issues, identifying strategic and consulting opportunities, and cultivating stakeholder relationships. The Payroll Manager engages with internal stakeholders in supporting client engagement and displays integrity, work ethic, professionalism, and commitment.
Requirements
- Preparation of quality financial reports and performing detailed review of monthly/quarterly/annual recurring accounting projects.
- Manages payroll processing and accounts payable functions across multiple clients, including validating payroll data, processing vendor invoices, reconciling payroll and AP-related accounts.
- Ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions in client general ledgers, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Develops project efficiency and manages due dates for multiple clients.
- Runs ongoing, recurring client meetings independently.
- Problem solving, coaching and developing team members.
- Adhere to all relevant information security policies and procedures, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and upholding the integrity and confidentiality of the company information.
