Job Description
The Building Construction Lead – Terminal Facilities will provide assistance to the package Manager, Leads and Delivery Managers for all matters related to building design and construction activities. The role will also supervise buildings detailed design activities, ensure compliance with applicable standards and local regulations, and enforce strict adherence to HSE rules and site discipline.
Requirements
- University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline or in a recognized Engineering/building discipline
- Mastery of project specified building codes (notably BS and EN), standards and oil & gas industry practices
- In depth knowledge of Building systems, finishes and materials and performance in the region
- Proven records of 20+ years’ design and construction experiences
- 15 years of experiences with Plant/Technical Buildings design/construction
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural business environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Can deal with pressing deadlines
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Previous experience with Chinese contractor is considered an asset
