Job Description
We are seeking experienced Process Engineers for refinery-based opportunities across Saudi Arabia, supporting large-scale refining operations through technical advisory, operational excellence, and performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of refinery or petrochemical industry experience
- Extensive hands-on operational and process engineering experience within the relevant specialty area
- Strong refinery troubleshooting and optimization capability
- Experience supporting large-scale refinery operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with benchmarking, performance analysis and refinery KPIs preferred
- Previous Middle East or international refinery experience advantageous
