Job Description
Case Manager position at Archdiocesan Child and Family Services. Responsibilities include developing and implementing single case plans, conducting home visits, and providing support to children and families. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field and 2 years of experience in Child Welfare.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- 2 years' experience in Child Welfare or related field
- Valid, timely Child Abuse, Criminal History, and FBI clearances
- Certification as a Direct Service Worker
- Good oral and written communications skills in English
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
