Job Description
CD PROJEKT RED is looking for an Engineering Manager to join the team working on The Witcher 4. In this role, you'll lead a gameplay engineering team focused on delivering cutting-edge systems in animation, locomotion, and camera. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, animators, and QA to ensure top-quality gameplay experiences.
Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience working in Unreal Engine
- direct experience working on gameplay topics such as locomotion, combat, and camera systems
- proven experience leading a development team of around 7 members or similar scale
- credited on at least one shipped AA or AAA title in a lead or management role
- proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine 5
- solid understanding of gameplay systems (e.g. motion matching, animation systems)
