Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a creative environment
- At least 8 years of experience as a concept artist, working on at least one AAA title
- In-depth knowledge of the Cyberpunk genre and RPGs and a passion for art and design
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to efficiently demonstrate ideas and concepts and convey information clearly to others
- Strong mentorship skills, with the ability to provide feedback, share knowledge, and help set the bar for quality
- Exceptional artistic skills, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in realistic and sci-fi concept art, mood paintings, 3D designs, blockouts and paintovers, key-frames, and the ability to create fast ideation sketches such as storyboards
- A solid background in traditional art such as industrial design, landscape painting or illustration with core foundational art skills to including form, lighting, color, and composition
- Excellent knowledge of both 2d and 3d design software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the willingness to work collaboratively with other teams online in different time zones
