Job Description
CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Motion Capture Specialist to join their studio in Warsaw, to oversee all parts of a mocap shoot, post-process mocap data, and support the team in enhancing their tools and stage setups.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in motion capture in a production environment, including mocap shoots
- Experience with one or more motion capture software tools: Shogun, Blade, Motive, Cortex, or Giant (Shogun/Blade preferred)
- Working knowledge of Autodesk MotionBuilder
- Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, HSL, JavaScript)
- Reliable and consistent contributor in dynamic production cycles
- Open to feedback, learning, and sharing knowledge with teammates
- Able to communicate ideas effectively in a collaborative environment, using the communication methods that work best for you
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) for team collaboration
