CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Gameplay Designer (Enemies/NPC) to join our team and help us develop a new game in the Witcher Saga. You will play a crucial role in developing behaviors for our unique NPCs and enemies in order to provide our players with engaging, fun and challenging encounters and interactions.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in RPG/Action titles with melee-oriented combat.
- Proven success in creating compelling and innovative gameplay mechanics.
- Understanding programming/scripting NPCs behavior design and experience with game editors and game design tools.
- Experience in working with Unreal Engine 4 and/or Unreal Engine 5.
- Mentoring experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams and openness for changes & experimentation.
