Job Description
CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior Gameplay QA Analyst to ensure high gameplay quality in the next game in the Cyberpunk franchise, Project Orion. The ideal candidate will plan and execute complex test strategies, collaborate with developers and designers, and provide comprehensive gameplay feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in a gameplay QA or similar role
- Proven experience in creating and executing test plans and strategies for complex gameplay systems
- Deep understanding of video games and their gameplay systems (combat, AI, progression, player feedback, UI/UX, etc.)
- Strong ability to analyze gameplay experiences and provide meaningful, constructive feedback to development teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Analytical thinker with a systematic and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
