Associate Service Technician (24/7 Shift)

CDC Data Centres is seeking an Associate Service Technician to support the continuity and efficiency of their Data Centre Operations teams. The role entails monitoring critical infrastructure, responding to customer requests, and ensuring personnel are performing activities safely.

Requirements

• Experience working in technical environments such as telecommunications, fibre, fire systems, trades, IT, industrial facilities, or related fields.
• Confidence collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams, subject matter experts, and external service providers.
• The ability to identify risks and develop practical, effective solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Office 365 applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
