The Associate Service Technician 24/7 position is a vital role that significantly contributes to the continuity and efficiency of our Data Centre Operations teams, upholding the highest standards of operational excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction and data centre uptime.
Requirements
- Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance
- Experience working in technical environments such as telecommunications, fibre, fire systems, trades, IT, industrial facilities, or related fields
- Confidence collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams, subject matter experts, and external service providers
- Strong proficiency in Office 365 applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
