Requirements

• Design and develop engaging instructional materials (e-learning, guides, workbooks, assessments)
• Apply learning theories and instructional design models to create effective, learner-focused solutions
• Manage and curate digital content using LMS platforms and authoring tools
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online
• Evaluate programs through feedback and data analysis for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with SMEs and People & Culture to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
• Stay updated on trends in learning technology and instructional design
• Ensure all materials are accessible, inclusive, and compliant with policies and legislation
• Oversee and continuously improve the CDC Academy and L&D systems
