Manager, Software Engineering

We are looking for a highly motivated Engineering Manager who can lead high-performing engineering teams while actively contributing to technical direction, architectural discussions, and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: C#,.NET Core, Web APIs, ReactJS, SQL Server, Experience with AWS cloud services, Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows
• Leadership Experience: 3–5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, Experience managing teams of 8–20 engineers
• Process & Delivery: Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments, Ability to balance engineering processes with execution speed and innovation
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to work closely with product and architecture teams to drive technical decisions
