Job Description
CDK Global is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio Engineer – Power Platform to build and maintain copilots in Copilot Studio, design conversation flows, and integrate copilots with Power Automate flows.
Requirements
- Build and maintain copilots in Copilot Studio
- Design conversation flows, prompts, fallbacks, and escalation paths
- Configure and validate knowledge sources and ensure appropriate permissions
- Integrate copilots with Power Automate flows and approved connectors
- Publish copilots to approved channels and support UAT and production releases
- Test and troubleshoot copilots end-to-end
- Monitor analytics and feedback
- Document solution design, integrations, and support runbooks
- Collaborate with stakeholders, platform admins, and security partners
- Follow all CDK Global policies and procedures
- Complete all mandatory assigned compliance tasks and acknowledgements
- Meet or exceed all performance expectations
