State Manager, Northern California leads a team of Account Executives responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, product adoption, and operational excellence across the region.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of account management experience
- 3+ years of management experience in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time within the Northern California territory
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to present confidently to groups
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a field-based team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Proficiency with PC hardware/software, Microsoft Office, and basic troubleshooting
