Controller

We're looking for a Controller to lead our accounting operations and drive accurate, timely financial reporting across our construction business. You'll partner closely with leadership to support decision-making, ensure compliance, and strengthen financial processes in a fast-paced construction environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 5+ years of construction accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with job costing, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities
• Advanced skills in Excel and ERP systems (Penta a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual (preferred, not required)
