Payroll Specialist

Brady West is seeking a Payroll Specialist to handle ongoing union payroll administration. The role involves setting up new hire and re-hire employees, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with union, federal, state, and local laws.

Requirements

• 2 plus years of union payroll experience
• Knowledge of basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and units of measure
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Knowledge of office equipment and ten key by touch
• Ability to work in an organized manner and utilize time
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with multiple Unions is a plus
