Job Description
Civic Elite is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in vertical construction and interior finishes, as well as proficiency with Procore and construction project management systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Lead Project Manager for a general contractor
- Strong background in vertical construction and interior finishes
- Experience managing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop PMs and Project Engineers
- Proficiency with Procore and construction project management systems
- Solid understanding of construction estimating, budgeting, and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents
- Knowledge of Windows applications, including Microsoft Office and operating software
- Ability to read detailed plans and specifications
- Knowledge of construction industry products and accompanying trades
- Experience performing all essential functions of the Project Engineer position
- Experience with Construction Estimating
- Knowledge and proficiency with Civic Elite Scopes of work and Project Management systems
- Ability to manage multiple, large projects and project teams
- Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships
