Job description
We are seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to support our growing Midwestern operations. The ideal candidate would have a strong infrastructure background and an ability to lead complex programs in collaboration with state and local agencies.
Oversee and manage infrastructure programs from planning through execution, coordinating with agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and successful project delivery.
The position requires providing technical leadership, supporting construction management activities while maintaining safety and quality standards, and preparing and reviewing technical reports, proposals, and documentation with exceptional written communication skills.
