Med Tech Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Sanderson, FL

CDR Health Care Inc. is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with Medication Technician Certifications to provide healthcare services at a detention facility. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities and supporting licensed medical staff during clinical procedures.

Requirements

• Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Must hold an active Medication Technician Certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CNA FL License in good standing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences in various settings
• Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills to support a cohesive clinical environment.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Thorough understanding of patient care policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Flexible availability including late afternoons, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed to respond to emergencies or critical incidents
• Willingness to relocate or travel up to 100% as required
