Transportation Construction Inspector D - 11 and D - 12

Transportation Construction Inspectors needed for full 2025 construction season in PennDOT Districts 11 & 12 (Allegheny, Washington & Westmoreland Counties). Candidates should have 2+ years of transportation construction experience and a valid driver's license.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or post-secondary education
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic math computations for length, area, and volume
• Two years of transportation, highway, or bridge construction experience
• Valid driver's license
• NICET Level 2 or higher in Transportation/Highway Construction
• NECEPT Bituminous field certification
• ACI/PennDOT Concrete field technician certification
• PennDOT/PTC CDS certification
• ECMS experience
• OSHA 10-Hour certification
