Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager I (APM I) supports project managers in coordinating and overseeing the execution of construction projects. This role involves assisting with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The APM I also helps monitor progress, communicate with contractors and suppliers, and maintain project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree
- 1-2 years of work experience supporting similar primary responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with ability to analyze and organize information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Advanced knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements and regulations
