Job Description
Join Ceco Concrete Construction as an Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations and contribute to a team that values respect, honesty, and a job well done. As a point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and visitors, you will maintain records and support company processes while ensuring smooth operations across multiple functions.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience of supporting similar key primary responsibilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient experience and command using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English and Spanish), preferred
