Associate Engineer, Relay Protection - Central Engineering, P&C Standards

An opportunity to be part of our Protective Relay Strategy Implementation (PRSI) team, where multifold strategic initiatives in redesigning Con Edison's Protection and Control (P&C) systems are taking place.

Requirements

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, test, implement, and maintain protection and control (P&C) system standards
• Research industry best practices and emerging technologies
• Perform engineering analyses, evaluate new hardware and software solutions, and support the deployment of protection system upgrade initiatives
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct technical reviews of relay protection scopes
• Deliver technical and safety-related presentations
