Job Description
We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and optimize our organization's revenue cycle processes, lead a team, improve financial performance, and ensure efficient billing and collections.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), payer rules, and compliance requirements (HIPAA, CMS)
- Billing-relevant certification preferred (CPC, CPAR, etc.)
- Proven track record of improving revenue cycle KPIs and reducing denials
- Experience with EHR and RCM systems
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A patient-first mindset with the ability to balance financial goals and compassionate service
