Job Description
We are searching for an Advanced Specialist, Project Manager to drive Innovation growth through Managing New Product Developments, Support Projects and Business Cases. The ideal candidate will work directly with multiple teams to drive innovation and manage project deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science or comparable
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Project management experience a plus
- MS Office required; Salesforce a plus
- Ability to resolve issues and optimize processes
- Ability to work in Cross-Functional environments
- Strong Problem solver
- Demonstrated persistence and resilience
- Ability to drive accountabilities, value, ownership and impact
- Works well, both individually and in a team environment, quick learner, self-starter
