Job Description
The Production Supervisor leads a team of chemical operators to execute a production schedule across multiple batch reactors, with strong knowledge of the process, product, equipment, standards, and work flows. They are responsible for the development of each operator and upholding the standards of the production team.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience
- 3 years in chemical manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work swing shift
- Strong influential leadership skills
- Strong verbal/written communication
- Advanced coaching skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office
- SAP preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-directed, self-starter
- Ability to operate/prioritize with ambiguity
- Shows highest levels of ownership and initiative
